- بلغت مساحات الوحدة السكنية (شقة) 90 متر مربع.

تبدأ مساحات الشقق السكنية من 106 متر مربع، وحتى 120 متر مربع، ويضم مشروع سكن مصر كل المرافق والخدمات التي يحتاجها المواطنون في حياتهم اليومية من أهمها:

- محلات تجارية.
- مدارس.
- وحدات صحية.
- حضانات أطفال.
الأراضي السكنية:
خصصت الدولة ممثلة في هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية 336 قطعة أرض صالحة للبناء وإقامة الفيلات والعمارات السكنية، وتم تسليم بعض هذه الأراضي لملاكها في وقت سابق؛ ليتم العمل عليها وفقاً لاشتراطات الحكومة وجهاز مدينة غرب قنا الجديدة.
الخدمات التجارية:
- تم الانتهاء من الأعمال التنفيذية للسوق التجاري الأول بغرب قنا الجديدة، والذي يبلغ تكلفته حوالي 1.8 مليون جنيه، حيث أُقيم على مساحة 970 م2، ليكون بذلك من أول المشروعات التجارية بالمدينة.
الخدمات الدينية:
سيتم بناء أكثر من دور عبادة بالتجمعات السكنية الموجودة في أنحاء المدينة الجديدة.
الخدمات الأمنية:
يتم حالياً بناء قسم شرطة لخدمة أهالي المدينة الجديدة على مساحة 3600 م2، بتكلفة تصل لـ 7.5 مليون جنيه، وتم الانتهاء من أعمال إنشاء وتجهيز وحدة إطفاء حرائق.
التعليم:
أتم جهاز مدينة غرب قنا الجديدة بناء مدرسة للتعليم الأساسي والتي تحتوي على 42 فصلاً، بمساحة تبلغ 7805 م2 بتكلفة تصل إلى 27 مليون جنيه، كذلك تم بناء حضانة لرعاية الأطفال، على مساحة374 م2، بتكلفة 2.6 مليون جنيه.
الخدمات الصحية:
ضمت مدينة غرب قنا الجديدة وحدة صحية تم تنفيذها على مساحة 942 م2 بتكلفة 5 ملايين جنيه، وفي القريب سيتم بناء مدينة صحية متكاملة على أراضي غرب قنا الجديدة.

عملت الحكومة والهيئات المختصة بالمجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة على مد مدينة غرب قنا الجديدة، بما تحتاجه من مرافق أساسية أبرزها:
