نبذة عن مدينة حدائق اكتوبر:
- حدائق أكتوبر هي مدينة جديدة من مدن الجيل الرابع في مصر.
- تقع في محافظة الجيزة وتتبع إدارياً لهيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة.
- أُنشأت بموجب قرار وزيرالإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية رقم 746 لسنة 2017.
- كانت جزءًا من مدينة السادس من أكتوبر.
- تمتد على مساحة تقارب 41780 فداناً
موقع مدينة حدائق اكتوبر:
- تبعد مدينة حدائق أكتوبر عن منطقة الأهرامات بحوالى 11 كم.
- تبعد مدينة حدائق أكتوبر عن وسط القاهرة بحوالى 25 كم.
- تقع المدينة بين طريق القاهرة الفيوم الصحراوي وطريق الواحات.
- يبلغ عدد سكان حدائق أكتوبر حوالي 220 ألف نسمة.
- يبلغ عدد سكانها المستهدف حوالي5 مليون عند اكتمال المدينة بالكامل.
المخطط العام لمدينة حدائق اكتوبر:
- تبلغ المساحة الإجمالية لمدينة حدائق أكتوبر 41,780 ألف فدان.
- تشمل المدينة مناطق (سكنية، خدمية، ترفيهية).
- تضم المنطقة مستويات متنوعة من الإسكان، بما في ذلك الإسكان الاجتماعي، وإسكان الشباب الذي تنفذه الشركات الإستثمارية، والإسكان الاستثماري الحر، والعديد من مناطق إسكان ” ابني بيتك “، وأراضي القرعة للإسكان فوق المتوسط.
- كما تضم المدينة عدداً من المشاريع الترفيهية والرياضية.
- كما يتواجد بالمدينة مشاريع عملاقة مثل القرية العالمية ومدينة الخيول وواحة أكتوبر وجامعة زويل للعلوم والتكنولوجيا بالإضافة إلي القرية الكونية والعديد من الأندية الرياضية الكبيرة.
خدمات مدينة حدائق اكتوبر:
تتوفر بمدينة حدائق أكتوبر كافة الخدمات والمرافق و منها:
- 17 مدرسة، 22 وحدة صحية، 32 سوق تجاري، 1سنترال، 18حضانة، 40مسجد و كنيسة.
- 7 نادي ومركز شباب، 2 قسم شرطة بمدينة حدائق أكتوبر كل ذلك تم عن طريق جهاز المدينة.
التعليم
مدينة زويل للعلوم والتكنولوجيا
- هي مشروع مبادرة لتطوير العلوم العملية في مصر.
- سميت المدينة على اسم العالم المصري أحمد زويل الحائز على جائزة نوبل في الكيمياء عام 1999
- تقع بالقرب من طريق الواحات، ويتم تمويل المدينة عن طريق تبرعات المنظمات والأفراد.
المدرسة الثانوية للمتفوقين في العلوم والتكنولوجيا
- تقع داخل القرية الكونية، وتعتبر هي المدرسة الثانية من نوعها من مدارس المتفوقين، وسيتم ربطها بجامعة زويل للعلوم والتكنولوجيا.
- يلتحق بها 360 طالباً متفوقاً في الشهادة الإعدادية من كل أرجاء مصر.
- هي مجهزة بكافة المعامل ومكتبة كبيرة جداً وعدة أماكن لممارسة النشاط الرياضي، وكذلك مبنى لإقامة الطلاب المغتربين.
الرياضة
- تضم المدينة الصالة الرياضية المغطاة التابعة للمجلس القومي للشباب بجوارجامعة زويل.
- كما تم تخصيص أرض لبناء استاد عالمي يتبع المجلس أيضاً، كما تم تخصيص أرض لنادي الزمالك فرع أكتوبر تقع بجانب القرية الكونية.
- تم الإنتهاء من إنشاء نادي إجتماعي للشرطة، و تضم المنطقة أيضا عدداً من الأندية، والملاعب ضمن مناطق الشركات والكمبوندات الموجودة وكذلك ملاعب عامة.
الترفيه
- توجد بالمدينة القرية الكونية وهي قرية ترفيهية وتعليمية، تتبع وزارة التربية والتعليم.
- تقع على مساحة 190 فدان وبتكلفة 290 مليون جنيه، وتم البدء في إنشائها عام 2007.
- تم الانتهاء منها عام 2011، وتخضع لإشراف جهاز الخدمات الوطنية بالقوات المسلحة.
الميــــــــاه
- تم إنشاء شبكات المياه بطول 754,2 كم.
- جارى حالياً إنشاء شبكات المياه مختلفة الأقطار بطول 150كم بمدينة حدائق أكتوبر.
الصرف الصحي
تم إنشاء شبكات صرف صحي مختلفة الأقطار بالمدينة بطول 710 كم.
الطـرق والإتصالات
- تم إنشاء شبكة من الطرق بطول 602كم بالمدينة.
- جاري حالياً إنشاء شبكة طرق بطول 40كم بالمدينة.
- تم إنجاز 138 ألف خط شبكة اتصالات بمدينة حدائق أكتوبر.
- جاري حالياً إنشاء 25 ألف خط من شبكة الإتصالات بالمدينة.
الزراعـــــــة
إجمالى المساحات التي تم زراعتها بمدينة حدائق أكتوبر200 فدان بخلاف جزر الطرق التي تم تنفيذها.
الكهربــــــاء
- تم إنشاء شبكات كهرباء بطول 730 كم/ط.
- جاري إنشاء شبكات الكهرباء بطول 70كم/ط.
قطاع الإسكان
عدد الوحدات التي تم إنشائها عن طريق جهاز المدينة:
- عدد الوحدات 96516 وحدة التي تمت عن طريق هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية.
- وعدد الوحدات 45036 وحدة التي ستتم عن طريق الإسكان إجتماعي المرحلة الخامسة جاري إنشائها عن طريق جهاز المدينة.
- أيضا عدد سكان المدينة الحالي 250 ألف نسمة.
- عدد السكان المستهدف بالمدينة عام 2040م 2,4 مليون نسمة.
قطاع الإستثمار
- قطاع الخدمات سيتم استثمار مبلغ62 ,688 مليون جنيه.
- وقطاع الإسكان سيتم استثمار مبلغ 1,003,102 مليون جنيه.
- أيضا قطاع الكهرباء سيتم استثمار مبلغ 120,710 مليون جنيه.
- بالإضافة إلى قطاع المياه سيتم استثمار مبلغ 60,593 مليون جنيه.
- و قطاع الصرف الصحي سيتم استثمار مبلغ 91,039 مليون جنيه.
- ايضا قطاع الزراعة سيتم استثمار مبلغ 83,805 مليون جنيه.
- في قطاع الطرق والإتصالات سيتم استثمار مبلغ 245,180 مليون جنيه.
تعد مدينة حدائق أكتوبر من المدن الجديدة الواعدة لما تمتاز به من مشاريع الإسكان المتنوعة التي تناسب كافة أطياف المجتمع، كما تضم المدينة عدداً من المشاريع الترفيهية والرياضية هذا جعل منها مدينة فريدة عن باقي المدن الآخرى من حيث السكن والاستثمار، فهي بحق استثمار المستقبل.
